Hi, I’m Kathryn and I’m so glad you’re here! I specialize in supporting people who are navigating the lasting impact of trauma, including childhood emotional neglect, religious abuse, relational problems and attachment wounds, and working through identity struggles as they process their experiences. Many of my clients come to me during times of transition when feelings of overwhelm, stress, and anxiety can feel especially heavy.
In our work together, I offer more than talk therapy alone. I hold a deep respect for the human body and enjoy integrating depth-oriented, somatic, embodied, and experiential practices so you feel supported in mind, body, and spirit. My approach is relational and collaborative, and my goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Our connection and your sense of safety are at the heart of the therapeutic process.
I hope to walk alongside you as you navigate and release old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and step into the life you long for with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
I’m a clinical Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW-C) and have experience working with children, teens, and families, as well as adults in various settings such as schools, community outpatient clinics, online, and in private practice. My passion is working with adults, especially women, to heal from anything that has caused disconnection from their authentic self in order to create a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with their truest desires.
