If you’re feeling like you’re somehow both “too much” and “not enough” at the same time, I get it! I am committed to supporting you in healing. You deserve to be both encouraged AND given some constructive challenge.
I offer individual, relationship, and sex therapy virtually throughout Michigan, as well as in-person, nature-based sessions in Ypsilanti. I hold a certificate in Sex Therapy through the University of Michigan, and I provide trauma-informed care for a variety of issues including intimacy, relationship challenges, desire discrepancies, symptoms of trauma, recovering from sexual abuse, sex addiction, erectile dysfunction, grief, identity exploration, navigating shifts in relationship structures, body image, codependency, and anxiety.
Although I work with clients of all identities and backgrounds, I specialize in working with members of the polyamorous/ENM, kink/BDSM/fetish, queer, and sex work communities, as well as survivors of sexual abuse. My approach includes elements of somatic therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Therapy, mindfulness, and sex-positivity. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and shame-free environment that empowers you to explore living in alignment with your true self within a safe and trusting space. You deserve to live a fulfilling, joyful, and pleasurable life!
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, taking care of my indoor and outdoor plants, hiking, biking, identifying edible plants and fungi and their medical uses, improving my cooking skills, designing and creating costumes, rock climbing, yoga, dancing, and aerial arts.
