About Me:
Healing isn’t about “fixing” what's broken — it’s about rediscovering the parts of yourself that have been hidden, silenced, or cast aside and bringing them back into the fold with compassion. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and empowered to show up as our whole, authentic selves. My role as a therapist is not to "fix" you or prescribe a specific path. Instead, I’m here to walk alongside you as a compassionate partner in your journey toward clarity, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we create a space where you can be your truest, messiest, and most authentic self.

I take a collaborative, inclusive, and intuitive approach to therapy. I listen beyond your words to the patterns, themes, and symbols that may be trying to emerge. As a neurodivergent person, I understand how it feels to live in a world that doesn’t always fit. This insight helps me think outside the box, identify alternative possibilities, and guide clients toward transformative self-awareness. I believe in the power of connection, creativity, and curiosity to drive change and honor the complexity and wholeness of every client I work with.

With a background in music therapy, mental health counseling, and creative arts therapy, I blend science with soul in my therapeutic approach. I integrate evidence-based psychological practices with creative arts therapy, trauma-informed care, and intuitive practices. Healing the heart and soul requires a deep connection to ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Whether we’re exploring patterns, inner child wounds, or emotional blocks, or tuning into your body’s wisdom through mindfulness, music, or creative exercises, you can expect an approach rooted in empathy, bravery, and a fierce commitment to your growth.

I also bring the philosophy of “yes, and” from my experience in improvisational theatre. This principle — that we can hold multiple truths and build on what’s already present — guides my therapeutic style. I believe you can be healing and hurting at the same time, feeling both hope and fear. Holding these truths without judgment creates space for growth.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing isn’t linear, simple, or "pretty." It’s raw, cyclical, and messy. I honor this process fully and create a space where all parts of you — even the ones that feel broken, confused, or ashamed — are welcome.

Who I Work With:
I work with individuals who are seeking to heal, transform, and realign with their authentic selves. My clients are often deeply feeling, creative, and intuitive souls who want more than surface-level “coping skills.” They long to dig beneath the surface, get curious about their shadows, and embrace the fullness of their being.

I specialize in supporting:
Neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivity, and more)
LGBTQIA+ and gender-expansive individuals
BIPOC clients seeking an inclusive, affirming, and anti-oppressive therapeutic space
Creative and intuitive souls exploring spiritual paths
Survivors of trauma and abusive relationships
People navigating major life transitions, including reentry, career changes, or spiritual awakenings
My experience working in prison settings and supporting reentry has taught me how healing it can be to have someone in your corner. I meet clients with patience, empathy, and a deep belief in their capacity to transform.

My Philosophy:
I believe in creating a space where all parts of you feel safe, seen, and heard. No shame. No judgment. Just you, as you are. Therapy is a space for radical self-acceptance, and I honor your unique experience. Our different identities, cultures, and experiences are not things to be "tolerated" — they are to be celebrated. I am committed to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally humble care, and I’m always learning how to be a better ally to BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

If You’re Ready to Begin...
True rebellion isn’t always loud and defiant. Sometimes, it’s quiet and intentional. Turning toward your shadow parts with compassion and reclaiming your story takes courage and radical self-love. If you’re ready to explore the depths of your inner world, reconnect with your intuition, and reclaim your voice, I’m ready to walk with you.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take the next step together.
